The USC Distinguished Leaders Program welcomes proven executives and innovators looking to start their next chapter, achieve social impact, and build a better future.
Admission Requirements
- A minimum of 20 years of senior, executive-level experience and a demonstrated record of successful innovation and notable achievement over a primary career
- The motivation to transition to your next phase of life to focus on achieving social impact through projects, ventures or leadership roles
- A commitment to immersing yourself in an experiential program with a spirit of inquiry and adventure, to share in USC’s carefully targeted resources and interactions, and to meaningfully engage with cohort peers
- Dedicated time to fully participate in this rigorous but flexible program of self-discovery and exploration
Schedule
The six-month program is held from October to April and grouped into three focus areas or sections. Each section contains live online courses. In addition, this experience features two on-location, weekend experiences at vibrant USC campuses. Peruse our program schedule to learn more.

The USC Distinguished Leaders Program takes you from Downtown Los Angeles, Silicon Beach and Catalina Island to USC’s newest campus in the nation’s capital. See Locations.
