After a 25-year career in health law, Jud DeLoss transitioned to advancing behavioral health services and policy in Illinois. Passionate about reducing inequality and improving well-being, he now advocates for legislation that expands equity and funding for mental health services. As a USC Distinguished Leader, Jud is cultivating his leadership presence and broadening his impact beyond the legal field.

She founded a grassroots organization providing support, education and funding for research into new treatments. Through the USC Distinguished Leaders Program, Stacy is strengthening her leadership skills to expand her organization’s reach, particularly in underserved communities.
